He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Kaniuga and Ellen Kaniuga (Kraemer); and his brother James Kaniuga. He is survived by: his wife Pam Kaniuga; and his siblings, John Kaniuga, Joseph Kaniuga (Molly), Steven Kaniuga, Robert Kaniuga and Patricia Stockton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
