He is survived by: his children, James Adkins (Leslie Wirick), Tammy Bixby (Larry), Tina Nelson (Paul), Laramie and Jeremy; and his siblings, Joe Ann Allen (Merrial), Katherine Richardson, Preble Paustain (Michael), Matthew Tittle and Shirley Behm (David). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
