With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joyce Bailey of Dowagiac, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 22, 2025 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Bailey and Virginia Bailey (Foreman); her close friend Martha Bosworth; her sister Marcia Pruett; and her niece Linda Pruett.
She is survived by: her brother Michael Bailey (Sandy Rank); her sibling's children, Julie Young (Jeff), Mike Bailey (April), Greg Pruett (Lauryn) and Karen Rutherford (Gary Peraino); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Connor Bailey, Keagan Bailey, Shereé Irwin, Jennifer Cook (Dan), Pamela Olivarez (Jason), Mark Pruett (Kim), Jodi Pruett and Delaney Rutherford (Riley).
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Clark Chapel (405 Center St, Dowagiac, MI 49047). A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
