She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Charles Foreman and Zella Mae McElhenie; her son Don, Jr.; her stepfather Ralph Thompson; and her siblings, Sharan and Gary.

She is survived by: her husband Don R. Radke; her son Brian Radke (Sara); her grandchildren, Katie Dunlap (David) and Dr. Alex D. Radke (Sarah); and her great grandchildren, Ira and Kurt.
