It is with sadness that the passing of Kim C. Payne of Dowagiac, Michigan is shared. Kim, born on July 31, 1970, passed away on October 3, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Marilyn Dodd; her brothers, David Leason and Dan Leason; her niece Amber Morford; and her nephew Joshua Leason.
She is survived by: her daughter Montana Payne (Jonathan Beals); her siblings, Dawn Beck (Greg), Bobbie Johnson (Allen), Chuck Leason and Ed Otwell; her nieces and nephews, Amy Fagerli (Bernie Denzer), Douglas Jr. Johnson (Michelle), Stacey Jeffirs (Michael), Nick Johnson, Justin Leason, Tina Leason, Juanita Leason (Eric Crocker), Chris Otwell and Tim Otwell; and her close friend Lianne Pitcher. She is also survived by numerous grand nieces and nephews; and great nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Dowagiac Moose Lodge No. (54867 M 51 N, Dowagiac, MI 49047).
