We bid farewell to Max Campbell of Dowagiac, Michigan, born in Battle Creek, Michigan, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on June 4, 2025 at the age of 86. Max touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Max leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ford Campbell and Daisy Campbell (Betz); his brother Jack Campbell; and his wife Carla Campbell. He is survived by: his children, Scott Campbell (Terri) and Melanie Gardner (Joe); and his grandchildren, Nicholas (Alexa) and Kendall. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
To honor his memory and in recognition of the battles he and so many close to him have faced, the family suggests donations be made to the American Cancer Society in his name.
