She is survived by: her husband Michael John Petersen of Dowagiac; her sons, Joseph Petersen (Julie) of Quincy and Jeffrey Petersen (Heidi) of Kentwood, Michigan; her grandchildren, Scott Petersen, Noel Petersen, Henry Petersen and Brooklynn Petersen; and her siblings, Rosanne Szocinski, Mary Jane Martz (Mitchel) of Parma, Michigan and Stanley Szocinski (JoAnne) of Auburndale. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
