It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Slaughter of Dowagiac, Michigan, born in South Haven, Michigan, who passed away on October 15, 2023, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his father LeRoy "Bud" Slaughter; his sister Deborah Antisdel; his niece Erinn Antisdel; and his great grandchild Riley Taylor. He is survived by : his mother Shirley Slaughter (Iliff) of Dowagiac; his wife Cinda Slaughter (Fletcher); his children, Betsy Fuzi (Ryan) of Kaleva, Michigan, Callie Grove III (Edward) of Montross Virginia and Jacob Lee Slaughter of Dowagiac, Michigan; his grandchildren, Brett Adams, Jalie Juers, Donovan Juers, Angella Porter, Erin Porter, Schuyler Saylor, Cameron Huffman and Kaleb Huffman; and his brother Jim Slaughter (Beckey) of Sister Lakes, Michigan. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Bob's name to the First Christian Church of Dowagiac, or Centrica Hospice of Kalamazoo, Michigan.
