We announce the death of Rolland Keene of Dowagiac, Michigan, who passed away on July 10, 2026, at the age of 90. Rolland will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Keene and Annabelle Keene (Rife); his wife Mable Keene; and his siblings, Thomas Keene and Beverly Luthringer.
He is survived by: his children, Debra McLaughlin and Dale Keene (Rhonda); his grandchildren, Nate Wiltse (Trisha), Buck Keene (Sarah), Jessie Keene and Mindi McLaughlin (Sara); his great grandchildren, Malli, Gabe, Jordyn, Briana, Attikus, Rylee, Letty, Hunter and Ryker; his brother Dennis Rice (Judy); and his siblings-in-law, John Velthouse (Sue), Ed Luthringer and Pat Keene. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
