Velma Skelley Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Velma Skelley (Dowagiac, Michigan), born in Anamoose, North Dakota, who passed away on January 7, 2020 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her significant other Girl Scouts; her daughters, Kim Klinke (Jerry) of Stevensville and Elizabeth; her siblings, Emerson Boettcher (Joanne), Gordon Boettcher (Sandra) and Sharon Schaus (Henry); her sister-in-law Claire Boettcher (Hulbert); her grandchildren, Kara Antal (Brandon), Megan Cushman, Kevin Klinke (Annie), Christopher Momany, Hannah Cushman Garland (Phillip), Jake Hopkins (Catherine), Paige Cushman, Gracie Hopkins and Zach Hopkins; her great grandchildren, Abigail Antal, Cecilia Klinke and Charlie Hopkins; and her pet Birt. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
