He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Frontczak and Gwendolyn Frontczak (Jones). He is survived by: his wife Diana Frontczak; his children, Anna Ketchum, Sandi Frontczak (Carlos Matias), Kathi Redner (Thomas), Kristina Frontczak and Walter Frontczak (Erica Karasch); his grandchildren, Sydney, Riley, Kennedy, Aidan, Anthony, Jaxon and Jacob; and his siblings, Robert Frontczak (Jane) and Marjorie Cox (Kent). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
