She was predeceased by : her parents, George Hively and Irene Hively; her husband Donald F. Neiter; her grandson Ryan Ward; her son-in-law David Lubonski Sr.; and her siblings, Elizabeth Bundesen, Violet Canole, Ruth Hiveley and George Hiveley.

She is survived by : her daughters, Linda Lubonski of Dryden, Diane Sullins (Don) of Buffalo Valley, TN and Donna Sapien; her grandchildren, Dave Lubonski (Kris), Mikelle Mitory (Joe), Davette Fleming (Mike), Mike Perhay (Mandy), Don, Dan Sapien and Renita Ward; her great grandchildren, Trey, Kameron Lubonski, Brenden, Conner, Mikayla Fleming, Tommy, J. Perhay, Joey Mitory, Brianna, Colton and Maddie Ward; and her siblings, Hazel Mardlin of Flint and Shirley Roberts (Roger) of Genessee.
