She was predeceased by: her grandparents, William, Alice Short, Granville and Ella Kniffen. She is survived by: her parents, William Gerald Short Jr. and Cathlene Louise Short (Kniffen); her children, Morgan Louise Short and Madden Lawrence Migliaccio; her brother Scott Short (Gwen); and her nephews, Ethan, Nick, Sam and Charlie.
A reception will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 2:00 PM at the Merkle Funeral Service (297 Tecumseh St, Dundee, MI 48131).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the family for Amy's children.
