He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Hoffman and Eloise Hoffman (Henry); and his son Dakota Hoffman. He is survived by: his partner Shelly Tackett; his son Cory Hoffman (Amanda); his grandchildren, Isabelle and William; his daughter-in-law Chelsea Branscum; his children, Jeff and Erika; his brother Ray Vidalez; his friends, Jeff Griffith, Karen Lee, Matt Lambert, Chad Cochran, Dianne Vidalez, Tamie Dee Damon, Chuck, Jonette Gibson, Doug, Becky Smith, Pat, Katie McCracken, Dan and Vicki McCracken; and his pet Gina.
