He was predeceased by: his parents, Keith Buhl and Anne Buhl; and his brothers-in-law, Tony Davert (Janet Bunch) and Charles Newman (Susan). He is survived by: his children, Melissa Williams (Scott) of Dundee and Gregory Buhl (Sara) of Dundee; his grandchildren, Hailey Farmer (Austin) of Dundee, Jared Williams of Dundee, Makayla Brownlee (Robert) of Ozark, Jacob Williams of Dundee, Ashlyn Buhl of Dundee and Cooper Buhl of Dundee; his great grandchildren, Brooks Farmer and Evelyn Brownlee; and his siblings, Douglas Buhl of Arizona, Susan Newman of Ypsilanti and Janet Bunch of Adrian. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Merkle Funeral Service (297 Tecumseh St, Dundee, MI 48131). The military honors will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Dundee Veterans Memorial.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Humane Society of Monroe County or the VFW National Home, 3573 South Waverly Road, Eaton Rapids, Michigan 48827.
