He was predeceased by: his parents, Alton Lackey and Julia Lackey (Walsh). He is survived by: his wife Nan Lackey; his children, Jennifer Saxton (Walt) of Perry, David Lackey (Lori) of California, Jill Hall (Jay) of Davison and Steven Lackey (Pam) of Florida; and his siblings, Maurice Lackey and Sandi Jarvis. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
