It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Catherine Mae Hamilton (Durand, Michigan), born in Bancroft, Michigan, who passed away on March 15, 2024, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Kenneth William; her husband Donald Lee Hamilton; her daughter Cheryl Steele; and her sister Shirley Whitcomb. She is survived by: her children, Jon Steele (Margaret), Rick Steele (Mary Larsen), David Steele (Mare) and Carol House (Chris); her stepchildren, Vernie Hamilton (Kathy), Bryan Hamilton (Kathy) and Donna Cook (Bruce); and her brother Jim.
The family requests no flowers and that you consider donations to the Durand Senior Care and Rehab Center, Memorial Hospice, or the Durand Senior Center.
