With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Clover Bell Strickland of Durand, Michigan, who passed away on April 14, 2026 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Sanford Mack and Blanche Mack (Hoffer); her husband Gerald Strickland; her son James Strickland; and her grandson Tim Akers.
She is survived by: her children, Gayla Somers (Douglas), Aurilee Payne (Lee), Sue Akers (Randy) and Gerald Edward Strickland; her daughter-in-law Jeri Strickland; and her sister Mary Bohman. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; many great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
Memorial Contributions in Clover's name are suggested to Calvary Baptist Church of Gaines.
