She was predeceased by: her parents, William Kazen and Eileen Kazen (Murphy); and her brother Pat Kazen. She is survived by: her husband Robert Hromek; her daughter Dyana Spiess (Ted); her grandson Zachary Krug; and her brothers, John Kazen (Sandy) and Mick Kazen (Patty). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
