He is survived by: his parents, Jennifer Urick and Raymond Urick; his brothers, Kenny (Haley Parish), Brian and Alex Urick (Paige Hollis); and his grandparents, Connie, Stephan Wojtyca, Ken and Dawn Urick. He is also survived by his numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
