It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth Vargo of East China, Michigan, born in Port Huron, Michigan, who passed away on June 8, 2022, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her father Julius Hock; her grandson Matthew Dean Vargo; and her siblings, Eugene, Joseph, Julius Hock, Helen Kelsey and Mary Lozono.
She is survived by : her children, Anthony Vargo (Mary), Thomas Vargo (Kate) and Timothy Vargo (Kelly). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, and 5 great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
