He was predeceased by: his parents, Joan Davis and LaVern Davis; his wife Joanie; and his niece Jennifer Humes. He is survived by: his children, Troy Davis (Michelle), Tricia Schweiger (Dean), Todd Davis (Courtney), Angie Roznowski (Michael), Joey Davis, Sarah Esposito (Francesco) and Nathan Davis; his grandchildren, Brittany, Chelsea (Parrish), Evan, Erin (Derek), Austin, Ethan, Thea and Lois; and his siblings, Toni Humes (George), Bob Davis (Marcia), Kathy Leatherberry (Phil), Mike Davis, Paula Scott, Joani Barrett (Keith), Theresa Sirvaitis (Patrick Nugent), Nadine Ward (Gary) and Chris Richmond (Dave).

Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Young Colonial Chapel Funeral Home, Inc. (4061 St Clair Hwy, East China, MI 48054). The military honors will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 12:00 PM to 12:10 PM at the same location. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 12:10 PM to 12:45 PM at the same location.

Memorials are suggested to Holy Cross Catholic Church, Marine City.
