He was predeceased by: his father William Blake. He is survived by: his mother Mary Blake; his wife Pamela Rademacher; his children, Brandon Blake (Angela), Madison, Amelia, Sophia, Brooke Ahles (James) and Jamie Oakley; his granddaughters, Alexa and Abigail; and his siblings, Edward Blake (Jill), Terry Blake (Tracee) and Renee Jones (James). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
