It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Norman Joseph Becker of East China, Michigan, who passed away on May 31, 2025, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Becker and Emily Becker; and his siblings, Mary Jane, Carol, Nancy, Frank and Jim.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Solt; his children, Michael Becker (Amy), Robert Becker (Deania), Amanda Zakens (Jason), Bacca, Jacob, Elizabeth, Jason, Emma and James; and his siblings, Emily, Donna (Dave) and Rich. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM, from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM. A rosary will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Young Colonial Chapel Funeral Home (4061 St Clair Hwy, East China, MI 48054). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Holy Cross Catholic Church (610 S Water St, Marine City, MI 48039).
