He was predeceased by: his parents, Abram Davis and Marguerite Davis; and his siblings, Richard, Thomas Davis and Marion Shipley.

He is survived by: his children, Steve Davis (Heather), Edward Davis (Debra), Laurie Owens (Greg) and Linda Finnegan (Jeffrey); and his sisters, Cathy Papineau (Douglas), Barbara Mitchell (late Ronald Mitchell) and Joan Papineau (James). He is also survived by three sisters.

Memorial contributions can be made to Blue Water Hospice or Fellowship Baptist Church.
