She is survived by: her daughters, Stephanie Bica (Diana) and Sheryl Iloff (Joe); her grandson Noah; and her brother Willie Germann (Cindy). She is also survived by many stepchildren, step-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Toni's memory to the Wounded Warrior Project or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, honoring her lifelong commitment to helping others.
