He was predeceased by: his father Archer Clark; his grandparent Cherry Street; his former wife Roberta Clark (Brooks); his stepmother Dorothy Clark; his mother Olive Stoops (Peck); his stepfather Claude Stoops; his brother Percy Clark; his daughter Pamela Clark; his granddaughter Crystal Hershberger; and his stepdaughter Barbara Pluister.

He is survived by: his wife Beverly J. Clark (Dell); his daughters, Thelma Caldwell, Karen Leatherman (Chet), Carla Miller (John), Debra Mortimer (Scott), Rona Kreiser (Leo) and Julie Wood (Pete); his stepchildren, Lee Chapaw (Debby) and Betty Adama (Don); and his stepsiblings, Donna Schriner (Clark), Sharon Johnson (Pflum), Lance Clark, Ronald Stoops, David Stoops and Marilyn McCool (Stoops). He is also survived by Twenty grandchildren, 41 great grandchildren, one great-great grandchild.
