He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Rosekrans and Ardith Rosekrans (Magsig); his sisters, Sally Rosekrans and Marjorie Chester; his grandson Phillip Fowler; and his in-laws, Rose Jane and Shelby Dennis.
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Rosekrans (Dennis); his children, Todd Rosekrans (Beth) and Trisha Sue Fowler (Tom); his grandchildren, Brett (Jonni), Karrissa, Justin, Thomas, Matthew (Faith), Rose Jane and David; his brother Lynn Rosekrans (Brenda); and his pet Pennie. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
