He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert W. Conner and Hester Marie Conner (Turner); and his sister-in-law Elaine Dosser. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Dosser Conner; his brother-in-law Dr. Larry Dosser of Centerville, Ohio; and his cousins, Dr. Jane L Toot of Annapolis and Martha Digby of Annapolis.
