She was predeceased by : her parents, James Forbes and Viola Forbes (Billie); her siblings, Patricia and Jack; and her pet Casey.
She is survived by : her husband Charles McLeod; her children, Heather Slawinski (Tim) of Holt, MI and Chris Jones (Bree) of Seattle, WA; and her granddaughters, Kaitlyn, Allison and Delilah. She is also survived by other family members and friends.
