He is survived by: his wife Ginger K. Petty; his siblings, Pat Petty and Mary Stephens; his children, Jennifer Gottlieb (Steve) and Karl Petty (Tetiana); his grandchildren, Rachel Diana Guenther, Zoe Meiling Petty, Matteo Jianren Petty, Allison Brinker (Paul) and Jason Gottlieb (May); and his great grandchildren, Reid and Quinn Brinker.
