Colleen Kay Bratschi Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Colleen Kay Bratschi (East Lansing, Michigan), who passed away on May 22, 2026, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Sophie Gallagher and Wayne Gallagher; her brothers, Harvey Olson, Thomas Olson and Stanley Olson; her sister-in-law Sandra Bratschi; and her cousin Teena Gowan.
She is survived by: her husband Richard W. Bratschi; her children, William Bratschi (Tierany), Jacob Bratschi (Heather) and Elizabeth Mecher (Benjamin); her grandsons, Emmett Mecher and Lucas Bratschi; and her siblings-in-law, Zola Olson and Tedd Bratschi (Kath). She is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews.
Contributions in Colleen's memory may be made in her honor to the Greater Lansing Food Bank or St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Parish.
