She was predeceased by : her husband Donald Bennett; her parents, Rev. Albert Gehner and Viola Gehner; her sister Phyllis Hedberg; and her grandson Samuel Goodine.
She is survived by : her siblings, Eunice Delano and Martin Gehner (Katie); and her children, Daniel Bennett, Susan Smelker (Michael), Elizabeth Goodine (David), Charles Bennett, Kitty Dowding (Bill) and Mary Isaac (Noah). She is also survived by ten grandchildren; twenty-six great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
