She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Cascarelli and Virginia Cascarelli; her husband Dr. George Robert Caruso; her brother Albert Cascarelli; her sister-in-law Margo Cascarelli; her sister Madeline Bozzo; her brother-in-law Pete Bozzo; her nephew Paul; and her niece Cathy Bozzo.
She is survived by: her daughters, Edie Wilcox (Rob), Patti Courtney (Robert), Joanne Maddalena (Tommy) and Lori Knox (Don); and her grandchildren, Katie Waskiewicz (Steve), Elizabeth Rhein (Mark), Sean Courtney (Courtney), Michael Maddalena (Alexandrea), Sarah VanZalen (Jake), MaryBeth Maddalena and Rachel Puzdrowski (Ian). She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
