She was predeceased by: her brother William. She is survived by: her husband Philip; her sons, Paul and Kevin; her daughter-in-law Suzie; her grandchildren, Alexander, Abigail and Ashton Jager; her siblings, Gail Jackson George, Barbara Jackson Schultz and James Jackson; Paul and Kevin. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association Michigan Chapter in memory of JoAnne Jager.
