He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Felker and Catherine Foss (Reynard); and his sister Ruth Dearden. He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Kay Foss (Voss); his daughters, Judith Van Zante (Dale) and Janette Garcia (Arturo Jr.); his grandchildren, Fiona Garcia (Nestor Ugarte), Jonathan Garcia, Zackary Van Zante and Kirsten Van Zante; and his sister Mary Foss.
