He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Sr. Frank and Rose Frank. He is survived by: his wife Gail Marie; his children, Timothy (Mary), Karen (Paul), Connie (Robert) and Nancy; his grandsons, Alexander, Nicholas and Christopher; and his great grandchild Jeannie Rose.
