He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Blair and Helen "Louise" Warren (Jones). He is survived by: his wife Arlene Blair (Knight); his daughters, Hilary "Kristin" Hossink of Manchester and Elizabeth "Liz" Blair of St. Helen; his siblings, Roger Blair of Westland and Jane Mock (Ben) of Georgia; his grandchildren, Rowan Garlow, Sierra Cichelli, Grace Connelly and Ben Connelly; and his great grandchildren, Jordan and Brydan. He is also survived by three nieces and nephews.
