It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Joseph Artibee of East Lansing, Michigan, who passed away on February 14, 2024, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland Artibee and Dorothy Artibee (Woods); his brothers, Terry Artibee and Ronald Artibee; his brother-in-law Terry Gottschalk; and his father-in-law Harold Eitniear.
He is survived by: his wife Kim Eitniear; his children, Jason Artibee and Rachel Hayes (Chris); his grandchildren, Mason Hayes, Quinn Artibee and Jordan Hayes; and his sisters, Brenda Newman (Jeffe), Kelly Gottschalk, Karen Winner (Chad), Karla Sieffert (Troy) and Connie Hamilton. He is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
If desired, the family suggests memorial contributions to the American Diabetes Association or Sparrow Hospice.
