He is survived by: his wife Mary Meyers Kimball; his sisters, Sally Campbell (Thomas Campbell III) and Marcia Kimball-Wood; his stepson Ethan Bentley (Dawn Griffin Bentley); his grandsons, Cooper Julian Bentley and Griffin Edward Bentley; his nieces, Susan Linnell (Bobby Butcher), Karen (Campbell), Murdoch (Dave Murdoch), Jamie (Bow), Swisher (Jordan Swisher) and Allycia Kimball; his nephew Thomas Campbell IV; and his siblings-in-law, John Meyers, James Bow (Joyce Jenereaux) and Susan Ravenscroft (Al Ravenscroft).
