He was predeceased by: his father Robert; and his wife Carolyn Hill. He is survived by: his former wife Clair; his children, Robert, Makita, Richard and Heather; and his siblings, Lavonne and Clark.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Peoples Church (200 W Grand River Ave, East Lansing, MI 48823).
