With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Sarah Jane Decker of East Lansing, Michigan, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Sarah Jane left this world on April 5, 2026 at the age of 82, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Sharp and Bertha Sharp; her siblings, Rosemary Lance, John Sharp (Shirley) and Betty Jean Barger (Chuck); and her sister-in-law Kathy Sharp.
She is survived by: her children, Brenda Decker, Jerry Decker (Pam) and Mary Gabin (Ira); and her siblings, Robert Green, Eva May Barton, Alice Gregory and Charles Sharp. She is also survived by her seven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in loving memory of Sarah to the Capital Area Humane Society.
