He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey Vaughan and Stella Vaughan (Mason); his brothers, Duane Vaughan and Leland Vaughan; and his grandson Michael Paul Vaughan.
He is survived by: his significant other Ginny Budd; his children, Debbie Finch (Ed) and Gary Vaughan; his stepchildren, Rhonda Allen (Jim), Tom Copeland (Jill) and Ron Copeland; his grandchildren, Kristina Finch, Timothy Finch, Nathan Finch, Nicholas Finch, Tresa Pauly (David), Ashley Neal (John), Austin Smith, Jensen Vaughan, Amber Copeland and Tom Copeland; and his great grandchildren, Skyler Finch-Osborn, Riley Robbins, Ryder Robbins, Aaliyah Finch, Morgan Pauly, Arieya and Emma Neal.
