He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Williams and Ruth Williams (Hood); and his sisters, Jean Ruhl, Janet Himebaugh and Eleanor McIntosh.

He is survived by: his wife Darlene Burgess; his children, Pam Hursley (Dale) of East Leroy, Scott Williams (Jesamine) of Battle Creek, Vicky Williams (Shelly) of East Leroy and Mike Williams (Chris) of East Leroy; his grandchildren, Angie Williams, Amy Williams, Matthew Williams, Brandon Guthrie, Taylor Gray and Rex Burgess; and his great grandchildren, Kaylee, Leah, Tevin, Ava Lynn, Mavin, Emmett, Taylor, Noah and Reign.

Memorial contributions may be made to Santa's Helper/Food Bank of SW Michigan.
