Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Carl leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He is survived by: his wife Jean Harbin; his children, Carlene Arion (Terry), Cindy Harbin (Tim) and Chip Harbin (Jean); and his sister Jauana Hoskins. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren.
