He was predeceased by: his father Calvin Floyd Ellis Sr.; his wife Ruth Ann Ellis; his brother Pascal Eugene Ellis; and his grandparents, Albert, Rebecca Ellis, Herman and Hannah Harless.
He is survived by: his mother Barbara Jean Blaszczyk; his siblings, Calvin Ellis (Lora), Danny Ellis (Shanna), Rebecca Hays (Jason), Sherry Rietz (Richard), Jamie Blaszczyk, Raymond Ellis and Lucas Ellis; and his children, Tyler Hopp, Jenna Ellis and Jacksen Ellis. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
