He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Gerald G. Lerche and Marilyn Elizabeth Lerche (Wells). He is survived by: his children, Andrew Simpson (Ashleigh Wilson), Joshua Lerche and Kristen Lerche; his grandchildren, Jaxton and Landyn Simpson; his sister Rebecca DeLaere (Gregory); and his aunt Martha Wells.
