We are sad to announce that on October 3, 2025, at the age of 81, Evelyn Mae Wrona (Eastpointe, Michigan), born in Detroit, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Evelyn departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Evelyn may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Evelyn leaves behind.
She is survived by: her sister Dolores Marchesi; and her sibling's children, Carol, Mary Beth, Gary and Janet.
The lying in state will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Basil the Great Catholic Church (22851 Lexington Ave, Eastpointe, MI 48021). A Mass will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
