She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Zelenak and Anna Zelenak; and her children, Barbara O'Brien (Pat) and Gary. She is survived by: her husband Gerald "Jerry" Mazur; her children, Suzy Ouellette (Rick), Sharon Marchese (Tom), Rick, Debbie Vizachero (Chris), David (Jackie), Paul, Bill, Patty Salerno (Tom), Ken (Jennifer) and John (Sarah); her brother Victor; and her daughter-in-law Lori. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to either St Veronica Parish, St Jude Children's Research Hospital, or Capuchins, Franciscan Province of St. Joseph (the Midwest Capuchins) in her honor.
