He was predeceased by: his parents, Maggie Hoover and Josiah Hoover. He is survived by: his children, Sarah Hoover (Michael Carbary) and Warren Hoover (Madison Bieszka); his fiancée Yolanda Stroud; the mother of his children Bonnie Hoover; and his sister Wanda Coss.
